Who this covers
This policy describes the public mazinomron.com website operated by Mazin Visuals. Separate client agreements and the policies on linked galleries, shops, payment providers, or client websites may apply to those services.
Information we collect
- Inquiries: the name, email, optional phone number, service interests, budget, timeline, location, and message you submit. These are sent to our business email to respond and manage projects; submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
- Blog comments: your display name, email, comment, post identifier, date, and IP address. Your display name, comment, and posting date are public. Email and IP are kept server-side for administration and abuse prevention and are not included in the public comments API.
- Website operations: the hosting service may record requests, IP addresses, browser information, errors, and timestamps for delivery and security.
- First-party analytics: MazinCMS can record page visits, device/browser categories, referring domains, campaign parameters, active time and approximate network location on our own hosting. Google Analytics has been removed.
- Portfolio: published photographs, videos, client/project names, and website screenshots showcase our work. Contact us about privacy, permission, attribution, or removal concerns.
Purposes and recipients
We use information to respond to requests, deliver and support services, publish reader comments, prevent abuse, administer the website, and keep necessary business records. Hosting, email, and, when accepted, analytics providers process information for these functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Contact details submitted through the inquiry form are not sold or provided to others for their independent marketing.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information, or private customer records in public comments, the assistant, or an inquiry. Project-specific handling of sensitive or confidential data requires a separate arrangement.
Browser storage and the assistant
We save your cookie preference in local storage so the website can remember it on this browser. The homepage may also remember that you dismissed its press banner. This version does not automatically save contact drafts or commenter names and emails in persistent browser storage, and removes the previous versions of those saved values when you revisit the relevant form.
The on-site automated assistant uses scripted guidance and keeps conversation state in page memory until the page is closed or reloaded. It is not a live staff member. The assistant does not automatically send conversations or include them in contact-page URLs. Information on a shared device may be visible to other users of that device. Clear the session or close the tab when finished.
Retention and security
Inquiries and project records may remain in business email and backups for the time needed to handle the relationship, resolve disputes, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Published comments remain until removed; their private administrative information is retained with the comment record. Hosting logs and third-party analytics are subject to their configured retention settings. You may ask us to review information for deletion; we cannot promise immediate deletion from all backups or records required by law.
We use safeguards appropriate to the website, including encrypted connections where configured and restricted access to administrative records. No website or communication method is perfectly secure.
Requests and California residents
Email contact@mazinomron.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a privacy concern. Include the relevant page or comment and enough detail for us to locate the record, but do not email sensitive identification documents. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing personal information.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or another privacy law applies to our processing, you may have additional rights, including to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. Applicable exceptions and verification rules may apply. An authorized agent may contact us and provide evidence of authority. This website’s optional analytics respects GPC as described above; a request is not a subscription or marketing opt-in.
Children
The inquiry and comment features are intended for adults, not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through these features. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information or has a concern about a portfolio image can contact us for review and appropriate action.
