These Terms of Use describe the permitted use of mazinomron.com, operated by MazinVisuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover this website, its portfolio, articles, comments, and inquiry tools. Please contact contact@mazinomron.com if you have questions.

Paid services, deliverables, licensing, payment schedules, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable written proposal or service agreement. These website terms do not replace a signed agreement or create a client relationship merely because you browse, comment, or submit an inquiry.

Portfolio, copyright, and permitted use

Photographs, films, text, designs, and code on this site are owned by MazinVisuals LLC or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client names, logos, trademarks, and website previews identify the projects and their respective businesses; they do not imply ownership of the client’s business or a broader endorsement.

You may browse the site and share links to public pages. Reproduction, resale, commercial use, redistribution, or use of photographs or footage requires permission or a license unless otherwise permitted by law. Your statutory rights, including applicable fair use rights, are not restricted by these terms. A separate license applies to material downloaded from stock libraries or delivered under a client agreement.

Website screenshots show an example at a point in time. Client sites and business offerings may change after delivery. Any results described are project-specific and are not a promise of similar results.

Blog and editorial content

The blog shares creative experience, opinions, and general information about photography, video, websites, marketing, and related tools. Articles may become outdated as products, prices, platforms, and rules change. Articles are not individualized professional advice. References to client work illustrate creative services and do not establish professional qualifications in a client’s industry. We welcome corrections: email the article URL and the information you believe should be reviewed.

Private client galleries and admin areas have separate access controls. Having a link to a gallery does not grant permission to access, publish, or reuse its contents.

We do not control those services or guarantee their availability, accuracy, accessibility, security, or current offerings. Review their policies before providing information or purchasing.

The website’s project assistant provides automated guidance and estimated starting points. Its responses are not binding quotes, contracts, or professional advice. A written proposal confirms the actual scope, price, and schedule.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate, useful information and a functioning website, but errors, interruptions, and third-party changes can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website’s informational content is provided without a warranty that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To raise a copyright, image-permission, trademark, or privacy concern, email the relevant URL, identify the material and your relationship to it, and explain the concern. Provide contact information so we can follow up. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents.
